NORWELL VNA RECEIVES PINNACLE AWARD FROM
THE VISITING NURSE ASSOCIATION OF NEW ENGLAND
Agency recognized for exceptional patient satisfaction
December 21, 2006 (NORWELL, MA) - The Norwell Visiting Nurse Association (VNA) is pleased to announce it has been awarded the Pinnacle Award by the Visiting Nurse Association of New England (VNANE).
This is the third time the Norwell VNA has received this important honor; the first time being in 1997, and more recently in 2005.
The Pinnacle Award is a prestigious distinction given to a home healthcare agency that demonstrates exceptional patient satisfaction. The level of satisfaction is measured by a survey assessing the patient's experience and serves as a
benchmark for the Norwell VNA's performance throughout the year. The Norwell VNA is proud to announce that it received the highest scores for patient satisfaction for medium size agencies throughout their entire region!
The Norwell VNA prides itself on combining innovation with the highest levels of traditional patient care. Their "high tech, high touch" approach merges compassion and caring with modern technology, for rewarding results. This successful
mix has allowed the Norwell VNA to remain the only independent, non-profit healthcare agency on Boston's South Shore.
