CHILDREN OF AGING PARENTS SUMMER EVENT
AUGUST 8TH AT THE QUINCY RIVER BAY CLUB

Public invited to free, informative session for children of aging parents

August 6, 2007 (NORWELL, MA) – The Norwell Visiting Nurse Association (VNA), in conjunction with the Quincy River Bay Club, will co-sponsor a Children of Aging Parents’ summer event on Wednesday, August 8, 2007 from 5:00 to 7:00 p.m. This event will be held at the Summer House in Marina Bay and has been developed in response to the overwhelming task of caring for an aging parent. The event is being hosted by the Quincy River Bay Club and co-sponsored by the Norwell VNA, Home Center Sotheby’s International Realty, C.A.R.E. LLC and Senior Resource Center.

Being a child of an aging parent can often cause strain, placing the individual between the responsibility of caring for his/her own family, work and the needs of his/her parents. Members from the Quincy River Bay Club the Norwell VNA, Home Center Sotheby’s International Realty, C.A.R.E. LLC and Senior Resource Center will be on site and available to answer any questions about how to handle the increase in responsibility. Home Center Sotheby’s International Realty is a leading senior specialist in downsizing and transitioning services. C.A.R.E. LLC, covering the South Shore and Greater Boston area, provides care management and counseling services. Senior Resource Centers provides legal, financial and care coordination.

We understand how difficult it can be to cope with aging parents and this relaxing summer event will help you to revive some balance to your own life.
