15th Annual Golf Tournament to benefit Norwell VNA and Hospice

Indian Pond Country Club - 60 Country Club Way - Kingston, MA

Held each year, this tournament is our major fundraising event. As a non-profit 501c 3 organization, we rely on the generosity of donors like yourself to help us provide invaluable resources, education and support to the over 25 South Shore communities we serve from Quincy and Milton to Plymouth. Last year, we provided over $1.4 million in free and underfunded care. Through your participation as a golfer, sponsor, and/or dinner guest, you will be helping us continue our mission as "neighbors helping neighbors."

A few examples of how your generous gift can be used include:

• $10,000 underwrites three months of hospice care for a cancer patient with no insurance
• $5,000 pays for 200 hours of respite care for a patient diagnosed with Alzheimer's
• $2,500 provides two months of intensive physical therapy for a patient paralyzed from an accident
• $1,000 purchases an oximeter to measure oxygen levels in a patient following cardiac surgery
• $250 pays for two months rental of a telemonitoring unit
• $75 provides two personal care visits by a home health aide to an adult with Multiple Sclerosis
