To assure the provision of the highest quality of care, our clinical specialty teams are comprised of credentialed specialists who provide staff education and consultation on state of the art practices that can improve patient outcomes. All teaching is evidenced based and current to professional practice standards of care. Our specialty teams focus on such areas as Alzheimer's and Dementia care, Diabetes, Congestive Heart Failure (CHF) and Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease (COPD), Wound Care, and Falls Prevention.
