Saturday, March 30 marks National Doctors’ Day, a day established to recognize physicians, their work, and their contributions to our communities. At NVNA and Hospice, we are so thankful for our doctors and want to say thank you for everything they do for us and our community!
Simply thank your physicians for working long hours and providing you with the best care.
Dr. Charles B. Almond’s wife wanted a way to honor physicians and on March 30, 1933, she mailed cards to physicians and placed flowers on the graves of deceased doctors, proclaiming it as Doctors Day. Almost 60 years later, President George Bush proclaimed March 30 at National Doctors Day.
Join our team in saying THANK YOU to our doctors for everything they do for the NVNA and Hospice community.
