Palliative Care - Our palliative care is a holistic approach to relieving suffering for patients with serious, life-limiting illnesses and providing quality of life so these patients can live as fully as possible.

 

Rehabilitation Therapy - Our rehabilitation department employs licensed professionals specializing in physical, occupational, and speech therapy to work individually or as a team to address our patients’ needs. 

Pat Roche Hospice Home

NVNA & Hospice serves Hanover, MA, patients at our Pat Roche Hospice Home. Our beautiful hospice home in Hingham provides a peaceful environment for residents facing life-limiting illness. 

 

Each resident has their own comfortable room and access to shared common areas such as a music room, outside terrace, family room with full kitchen, and more!  

Services Provided

In addition to all the services one would receive from hospice when living in one’s own home, hospice residence patients receive:

 

  • Breakfast, Lunch, and Dinner

  • Visits from the hospice team

  • Round-the-clock care

  • Assistance with personal care
