NVNA and Hospice is proud to announce it has been given two honors based on survey results from patients who have received care from the organization.
The Norwell-based non-profit earned Five Stars for Patient Satisfaction from Medicare’s Home Health Compare website. The results are based on a national survey that asks patients about their recent experiences with a home health agency. Nationally, agencies on average receive a rating of three stars. Among the key responses from those that received care from NVNA and Hospice were:

NVNA and Hospice was also recognized by Strategic Healthcare Programs (SHP) with a SHPBest™ Home Health Patient Satisfaction Award. The annual SHPBest ™ recognition program honors home health providers that have made patient and caregiver satisfaction a priority and have received high marks on their satisfaction surveys as a result. Recipients are determined by reviewing and ranking the overall satisfaction score for more than 2,500 home health and hospice providers throughout the United States.
